When you’re feeling like something light and green the juice will do the trick. Green Goddess Juice + Smoothie
Makes 1.5 litres of Juice
Ingredients
½ iceberg lettuce
1 handful kale
1 cucumber
1 zucchini
2 celery sticks
½ broccoli
1 lemon
2 apples
1 pear
1 kiwi
to turn it into a Smoothie
1/2 avocado
150 ml plant-based milk (almond, hemp, cashew, coconut ...milk)
1 glass of the Green Goddess Juice
Method
1. Wash all your ingredients and press through a juicer. Drink as it is or make a ‘skinny smoothie’ with it by adding your avocado and plant-based milk into a blender along with a glass of the Green Goddess Juice.
