Creamy Cinnamon Oat Porridge with Caramelised Bananas
1 espresso cup Alara Scottish oats
2 espresso cups water
1 espresso cup Oatly cream
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana, sliced
1. In a small pan gently heat the water, Oatly cream and porridge oats stirring continuously for about five minutes until thick and creamy.
2. Whilst your oats are cooking away, heat a small pan with a tsp of coconut oil, macadamia oil or ghee. Add your sliced bananas and sizzle until golden. Flip and repeat on the other side.
3. Pour your oats into a bowl, drizzle over some extra Oatly cream and cinnamon powder. Top with your caramelized bananas and enjoy!
